So here we are again, at the end of another school year. Is this a time you love or dread? 

What's your plans? Who's traveling? For years, my family and I would pack up the minivan and head north to Jersey Shore. This was a special time for everyone. It was a big old (and I mean old) family house that all the relatives would come to and reunite.

We did this for 30 something years. The cousin would all play together catching fireflies and swimming in the ocean.There were lobster dinners in the backyard and spaghetti and meatball around the dinning table. Memories that made me who I am today.

That amazing house was sold this year after 50 years in the family, I'm so sad to say the least. Will we ever all get together like that again? 

Now that I am a grandmother, I want to recreate those kind of memories. The kind that could last a lifetime. Where the next generation of cousins are catching fireflies and swimming in the ocean.
